Westville Commons Active Adult Community
1000 Block of Broadway at Walnut Street
The Westville Commons Senior Complex is a three story building with sixty four (64) units. Seven (7) units will have two bedrooms, the remaining fifty-seven units (57) will have one bedroom. The upper levels will be reached via an elevator.
The building will also include a 1,400 sq. ft. recreation room, a 540 sq. ft. manager’s office, and a coin operated laundry facility. The outside parking will accommodate one (1) parking stall per unit.
The attached a PDF file shows the building architectural drawings and room layouts. The final layout will alter from these, but it gives a basic idea of building.
This project has received the appropriate variances and a preliminary site plan approval from the planning board. A Final Site Plan
application is pending.
