Borough Clerk
Christine A. Helder, RMC, CTC is the Borough Clerk of the Borough of Westville. The Clerk is the official custodian of all records, information, agreements and legal documents for the Borough.
These diverse responsibilities transcend over all Borough Departments.

Vital Statistics (Birth and Death Records)
Licensing
Landlord Registration
Alcohol Beverage License
Bingo License
